The LORD once called you a flourishing olive tree, beautiful with well-formed fruit. But with a mighty roar He will set it on fire, and its branches will be consumed.

Mpaeɛbɔ ne afɔdeɛ bɛtumi abɔ wʼasotwe no agu anaa?
Sɛ woyɛ wʼamumuyɛsɛm a

na ne mman bɛbubu. 17Asafo Awurade a ɔduaa wo no ahyɛ amanehunu ho nkɔm wɔ wo ho, ɛfiri sɛ, Israel fiefoɔ ne Yuda fiefoɔ ayɛ bɔne ahyɛ me abufuo sɛ wɔhye nnuhwam ma Baal. 18Esiane sɛ Awurade yii ɛpɔ a wɔabɔ kyerɛɛ me no enti, mehunuuɛ, ɛfiri sɛ saa ɛberɛ no ɔde deɛ wɔreyɛ no kyerɛɛ me.
