When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, when He divided the sons of man, He set the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the sons of God.*

unu ndị nzuzu, ndị na-enweghị uche?
Onyenwe anyị ọ bụghị nna unu, onye kere unu,
onye kpụrụ unu mee ka unu guzosie ike? 7Cheta ụbọchị ochie ndị ahụ gara aga,
tulee ọgbọ ndị ahụ gara aga
jụọ nna gị, ọ ga-akọrọ gị.
Jụọ ndị okenye gị, ha ga-eme ka o doo gị anya. 8Mgbe Onye kachasị ihe niile elu nyere mba ọbụla ihe nketa nke ha,
mgbe o kesara ụmụ mmadụ,
mgbe o guzobere oke ala nye ndị niile
dịka ọnụọgụgụ ụmụ Izrel si dị. 9Nʼihi na oke Onyenwe anyị nwetara bụ ndị ya
Jekọb bụ ihe nketa e kenyere ya. 10Nʼala dị nʼọzara ka ọ chọtara ya,
nʼala tọgbọrọ nʼefu, nke kpọrọ nkụ.
