Behold, the people rise like a lioness; they rouse themselves like a lion, not resting until they devour their prey and drink the blood of the slain.”

22Onyankopɔn ayi wɔn afiri Misraim;
ɔte sɛ nantwie hoɔdenfoɔ ma wɔn. 23Nnome biara renka Yakob,
abayisɛm biara nni tumi wɔ Israel so.
Na wɔbɛka wɔ Yakob ho sɛ,
‘Hwɛ anwanwadeɛ a Onyankopɔn ayɛ ama Israel!’ 24Saa nnipa yi sɔre sɛ gyataburu.
Wɔgyina hɔ sɛ gyata hoɔdenfoɔ.
Ɔnnye nʼahome kɔsi sɛ ɔbɛwe nʼahaboa awie
