Ɔyɛɛ yei de yɛɛ mpatadeɛ maa Yakob afɔdie; yei na ɛmaa ne bɔne asetuo dii mu pa ara: Ɛno enti ɔbɛbubu Asera afɔrebukyia so aboɔ mu nketenkete, na Asera afɔrebukyia ne nnuhwam afɔrebukyia rensisi hɔ bio.

Therefore Jacob’s guilt will be atoned for, and the full fruit of the removal of his sin will be this:* When he makes all the altar stones like crushed bits of chalk, no Asherah poles or incense altars will remain standing.

atenaeɛ a wɔafiri so no wɔagya no te sɛ anweatam;
ɛhɔ na anantwie mma didie,
ɛhɔ na wɔdeda;
wɔwe ɛso nnua no mman ma ɛho yɛ kokwakokwa. 11Sɛ nnubaa no wo a, wɔbubu
na mmaa bɛfa de kɔsɔ ogya.
Na saa nnipa yi nni nteaseɛ
enti wɔn yɛfoɔ nhunu wɔn mmɔbɔ,
na wɔnnya adom mfiri deɛ ɔbɔɔ wɔn no nkyɛn.
