This is the burden against Tyre: Wail, O ships of Tarshish,* for Tyre is laid waste, without house or harbor. Word has reached them from the land of Cyprus.*

Wɔfiri Kipro asase so abɛka akyerɛ wɔn. 2Monyɛ komm, mo nnipa a mowɔ supɔ no so ne mo Sidon adwadifoɔ a ɛpo so adwumayɛfoɔ ama mo ayɛ adefoɔ. 3Nsuo akɛseɛ no so na aduane firi Sihor nam baeɛ; Nil ho nnɔbaeɛ na ɛyɛɛ Tirofoɔ toɔ, na ɔbɛyɛɛ amanaman adwadibea.
