So all the people went to Gilgal and confirmed Saul as king in the presence of the LORD. There they sacrificed peace offerings before the LORD, and Saul and all the Israelites rejoiced greatly.

13Ṣùgbọ́n Saulu wí pé, “A kì yóò pa ẹnikẹ́ni lónìí, nítorí lónìí yìí ni Olúwa ṣiṣẹ́ ìgbàlà ní Israẹli.” 14Nígbà náà ni Samuẹli wí fún àwọn ènìyàn pé, “Ẹ wá, ẹ jẹ́ kí a lọ sí Gilgali, kí a lè fi ẹsẹ̀ Saulu múlẹ̀ bí ọba.” 15Nítorí náà gbogbo ènìyàn lọ sí Gilgali, wọn sí fi Saulu jẹ ọba ní iwájú Olúwa.
