Woe to you, O Moab! You are destroyed, O people of Chemosh! He gave up his sons as refugees, and his daughters into captivity to Sihon king of the Amorites.

27Ne sei enti tete, anwensɛm twerɛfoɔ twerɛɛ yei faa ne ho sɛ,
“Bra Hesbon, Sihon kuropɔn,
yɛnkyekyere na ɛnsi ne dada mu. 28“Egya turi firii Hesbon
Ogyaframa firii Sihon ahenkuro mu,
Ɛhyee Ar kuropɔn a ɛwɔ Moab;
ɛsɛee sodifoɔ a wɔwɔ Arnon mmepɔ so. 29Ao Moabfoɔ, mosɛeɛ bɛba mu!
Wɔawie mo, mo a mosom Kemos!
Kemos agya ne mmammarima sɛ atutenafoɔ,
Ne ne mmammaa
sɛ Amorifoɔhene Sihon nnommumfoɔ. 30“Yɛasɛe wɔn pasaa,
ɛfiri Hesbon tɔnn kɔsi Dibon.
Yɛasɛe wɔn ara akɔsi Nofa
De kɔ ara kɔsi Medeba.” 31Enti Israelfoɔ no tenaa Amorifoɔ asase so.
