Babiloniafoɔ a wɔreto ahyɛ saa kuropɔn yi so no bɛba mu, na wɔato mu ogya; wɔbɛhye no dworobɛɛ, ɛno ne afie a nnipa hyee nnuhwam wɔ atifi maa Baal na wɔhwiee afɔrebɔ nsã maa anyame foforɔ de hyɛɛ me abufuo.

And the Chaldeans who are fighting against this city will come in, set it on fire, and burn it, along with the houses of those who provoked Me to anger by burning incense to Baal on their rooftops and by pouring out drink offerings to other gods.

Na biribi yɛ den dodo ma me anaa? 28Enti, deɛ Awurade seɛ nie: Mede kuropɔn yi rebɛhyɛ Babiloniafoɔ ne Babiloniahene Nebukadnessar nsa, na wɔafa. 29Babiloniafoɔ a wɔreto ahyɛ saa kuropɔn yi so no bɛba mu, na wɔato mu ogya; wɔbɛhye no dworobɛɛ, ɛno ne afie a nnipa hyee nnuhwam wɔ atifi maa Baal na wɔhwiee afɔrebɔ nsã maa anyame foforɔ de hyɛɛ me abufuo. 30“Israelfoɔ ne Yudafoɔ nyɛɛ biribiara sɛ bɔne wɔ mʼani so, ɛfiri wɔn mmabunu berɛ mu; ampa ara Israelfoɔ nnyɛɛ biribiara sɛ wɔde nneɛma a wɔde wɔn nsa ayɛ bɛhyɛ me abufuo, Awurade na ɔseɛ. 31Ɛfiri da a wɔkyekyeree saa kuropɔn yi de bɛsi ɛnnɛ, wahyɛ me abufuo ne abufutrasoɔ a ɛsɛ sɛ anka meyi no firi mʼani so.
