Nísinsin yìí, Eliṣa wí fún obìnrin náà tí ọmọ rẹ̀ ọkùnrin jí padà sáyé pé, “Jáde lọ pẹ̀lú ìdílé rẹ kí o sì lọ dúró fún ìgbà díẹ̀ ní ibikíbi tí o bá le dúró sí, nítorí Olúwa ti pàṣẹ ìyàn ní ìlú tí yóò lò tó ọdún méje.”

Now Elisha had said to the woman whose son he had restored to life, “Arise, you and your household; go and live as a foreigner wherever you can. For the LORD has decreed a seven-year famine, and it has already come to the land.”

1Nísinsin yìí, Eliṣa wí fún obìnrin náà tí ọmọ rẹ̀ ọkùnrin jí padà sáyé pé, “Jáde lọ pẹ̀lú ìdílé rẹ kí o sì lọ dúró fún ìgbà díẹ̀ ní ibikíbi tí o bá le dúró sí, nítorí Olúwa ti pàṣẹ ìyàn ní ìlú tí yóò lò tó ọdún méje.” 2Obìnrin náà tẹ̀síwájú gẹ́gẹ́ bí ọ̀rọ̀ ènìyàn Ọlọ́run ti sọ. Òun àti ìdílé rẹ̀ sí lọ, wọ́n sì ṣe àtìpó ní ilẹ̀ àwọn ará Filistini fún ọdún méje. 3Ní ẹ̀yìn ọdún méje ó sì padà wá láti ilẹ̀ àwọn ará Filistini ó sì lọ sí ọ̀dọ̀ ọba láti lọ bẹ̀ ẹ́ fún ilé àti ilẹ̀ rẹ̀.
