Àwọn ọkùnrin tí a kọ orúkọ rẹ̀ sókè, dé ní ọjọ́ Hesekiah ọba Juda. Wọ́n sì kọlu àwọn ará Hamu ní àgọ́ wọn àti pẹ̀lú àwọn ará Mehuni tí a rí níbẹ̀ tí ó sì pa wọ́n run pátápátá títí di òní yìí. Wọ́n sì ń gbé ní ipò wọn, nítorí pé koríko ń bẹ níbẹ̀ fún agbo ẹran wọn.

These who were noted by name came in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah. They attacked the Hamites and Meunites there in their dwellings, devoting them to destruction * even to this day. Then they settled in their place, because there was pasture for their flocks.
