The seed sown among the thorns is the one who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.

20Aba a ɛguu abotan soɔ no gyina hɔ ma wɔn a wɔte asɛm no, na wɔde anigyeɛ sɔ mu. 21Nanso, asɛm no ntim wɔ wɔn mu. Yei enti, ɛnkyɛre na asɛm no awu. Esiane sɛ asɛm no awuo enti, sɛ ɔhaw anaa ɔtaa bi ba a, wɔpa aba. 22Aba a ɛguu nkasɛɛ mu no gyina hɔ ma wɔn a wɔtie asɛm no, nanso ewiase yi mu abrabɔ mu haw ne agyapadeɛ ho dwene enti, ɛmma asɛm no ntumi nnyɛ wɔn mu adwuma. 23Na aba a ɛguu asase pa mu no gyina hɔ ma wɔn a wɔtie asɛm no, na wɔte aseɛ. Wɔso aba mmɔho aduasa; ebi aduosia; ɛnna afoforɔ nso, ɔha.” 24Yesu de ɛbɛ foforɔ kaa asɛm sɛ, “Ɔsoro Ahennie no te sɛ okuafoɔ bi a ɔdua aba wɔ nʼafuom.
