Then the devil led Him to Jerusalem and set Him on the pinnacle of the temple. “If You are the Son of God,” he said, “throw Yourself down from here.

7“Sɛ wobɛkoto, asom me a, mede ahennie ahodoɔ yi ne emu tumi ne animuonyam nyinaa a wɔde ahyɛ me nsa yi bɛma wo.” 8Yesu buaa no sɛ, “Wɔatwerɛ sɛ: ‘Som Awurade, wo Onyankopɔn, na ɔno nko ara na som no.’ ” 9Afei, ɔbonsam de Yesu kɔɔ Yerusalem de no kɔgyinaa asɔredan a ɛwɔ hɔ no atifi pɛɛ na ɔka kyerɛɛ no sɛ, “Sɛ wone Onyankopɔn Ba no ampa ara a, gyaa wo ho firi deɛ wogyina hɔ to fam! 10Ɛfiri sɛ wɔatwerɛ sɛ,
“ ‘Onyankopɔn bɛsoma nʼabɔfoɔ
abɛbɔ wo ho ban; 11na wɔabɛsɔ wo
na woammɛhwe abotan no so.’ ”
