Now six stone water jars had been set there for the Jewish rites of purification. Each could hold from twenty to thirty gallons.*

4Yesu ka kyerɛɛ ne maame sɛ, “Ɛdeɛn na wopɛsɛ me yɛ, me berɛ nnya nnuruiɛ.” 5Ne maame ka kyerɛɛ asomfoɔ no sɛ, “Biribiara a ɔbɛka sɛ monyɛ no, monyɛ.” 6Na aboɔ nsuhina nsia sisi hɔ; yeinom mu na na Yudafoɔ de nsuo gu de hohoro wɔn ho amanneɛ kwan so. Na suhina biara tumi fa nsuo galɔn aduasa. 7Yesu ka kyerɛɛ asomfoɔ no sɛ, “Momfa nsuo nhyehyɛ nhina no ma ma.” Wɔde nsuo hyɛɛ no ma ma. 8Yesu ka kyerɛɛ wɔn sɛ, “Monsa bi nkɔma onipa a ayeforɔ no ho ntotoeɛ hyɛ ne nsa no.”
