18Ɛhɔ na wɔbɔɔ Yesu asɛnnua mu. Wɔbɔɔ nnipa baanu bi nso asɛnnua mu kaa ne ho. Na ɔbaako sɛn ne benkum so ɛnna ɔbaako nso sɛn ne nifa so a Yesu sɛn wɔn mfimfini. 19Pilato twerɛɛ sɛ:
Yesu Nasareni, Yudafoɔ Ɔhene
maa wɔde taree nʼasɛnnua no atifi. 20Esiane sɛ faako a wɔbɔɔ Yesu asɛnnua mu ne kuro no mu ɛkwan nware, na bio wɔatwerɛ nsɛm no wɔ Hebri, Roma ne Hela kasa mu no enti, nnipa bebree hunu kenkaneeɛ. 21Yudafoɔ asɔfoɔ mpanin no ka kyerɛɛ Pilato sɛ, “Ntwerɛ sɛ, ‘Yudafoɔ ɔhene’ na mmom twerɛ sɛ, ‘Saa ɔbarima yi na ɔkaa sɛ, mene Yudafoɔ ɔhene!’ ” 22Pilato kaa sɛ, “Deɛ matwerɛ no, matwerɛ.”
