It is to remain with him, and he is to read from it all the days of his life, so that he may learn to fear the LORD his God by carefully observing all the words of this instruction and these statutes.

Ɛnsɛ sɛ ɔboaboa dwetɛ ne sika pii ano. 18Sɛ ɔtena ahennwa no so sɛ ɔhene a, ɛsɛ sɛ ɔtwerɛ mmara nwoma no wɔ mmobɔeɛ so wɔ Lewifoɔ asɔfoɔ anim na ɔfa. 19Mmerɛ dodoɔ a ɔte ase no, ɛsɛ sɛ ɔkora mmara a ɛwɔ ne nkyɛn no na ɔkenkan no daa sɛdeɛ ɛbɛyɛ a, ɔbɛdi mmara no so na wasuro Awurade ne Onyankopɔn. 20Kenkan a ɔkenkan no daa no remma ɔnyɛ ahantan, nhoran ne ho nkyerɛ sɛ ɔsene ne manfoɔ no. Ɛbɛsi no kwan sɛ ɔbɛtwe ne ho kakra mpo afiri saa mmara yi ho. Yei bɛsi no gyinaeɛ sɛ ɔne nʼasefoɔ bɛdi adeɛ awoɔ ntoatoasoɔ bebree so wɔ Israel.
