“Where is he?” replied the king. And Ziba said, “Indeed, he is in Lo-debar at the house of Machir son of Ammiel.”

2Ɔfrɛɛ ɔbarima bi a wɔfrɛ no Siba a na anka ɔfra Saulo asomfoɔ mu. Na ɔhene bisaa no sɛ, “Wo na wɔfrɛ wo Siba no anaa?”
Ɔbuaa no sɛ, “Aane, mene Siba no.” 3Ɔhene no bisaa no sɛ, “Obi aka wɔ Saulo efie anaa? Sɛ ɛte saa a mepɛ sɛ mɛyɛ wɔn adɔeɛ a ɛfiri Onyankopɔn wɔ ɛkwan biara a mɛtumi so.”
Siba buaa ɔhene sɛ, “Yonatan babarima obubuafoɔ bi da so wɔ hɔ.” 4Ɔhene bisaa sɛ, “Ɔwɔ he?”
Siba buaa sɛ, “Ɔwɔ Amiel babarima Makir fie wɔ Lo-debar.” 5Na ɔhene Dawid ma wɔkɔfaa no firii Amiel babarima Makir fie wɔ Lo-debar, de no brɛɛ no. 6Ne din de Mefiboset, a ɔyɛ Yonatan babarima ne Saulo nana. Ɔbaa Dawid anim no, ɔde ahopopoɔ kotoo no, kaa sɛ, “Meyɛ wo ɔsomfoɔ.”
