34Yotam yɛɛ deɛ ɛsɔ Awurade ani, sɛdeɛ nʼagya Usia yɛeɛ no ara pɛ. 35Nanso, wansɛe abosonnan a na nnipa no bɔ afɔdeɛ hye nnuhwam wɔ hɔ no. Ɔno ne obi a ɔsane sii Awurade Asɔredan no atifi ɛpono. 36Yotam ahennie ho nsɛm nkaeɛ ne deɛ ɔyɛeɛ nyinaa, wɔatwerɛ agu Yuda Ahemfo Abakɔsɛm Nwoma no mu. 37Saa mmerɛ no mu, Awurade hyɛɛ aseɛ somaa Aramhene Resin ne Israelhene Peka, sɛ wɔnkɔto nhyɛ Yuda so. 38Ɛberɛ a Yotam wuiɛ no, wɔsiee no wɔ ne mpanimfoɔ nkyɛn wɔ Dawid kuro mu.
