As for the rest of the acts of Abijam, along with all his accomplishments, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah? And there was war between Abijam and Jeroboam.

Ɔdii Awurade ahyɛdeɛ so ne nkwa nna nyinaa, agye Hetini Uria no ho asɛm no nko ara. 6Abiyam nkwa nna mu nyinaa, na akokoakoko da ɔno ne Yeroboam ntam. 7Nsɛm a aka a ɛsisii wɔ Abiyam ahennie mu ne deɛ ɔyɛeɛ no, wɔatwerɛ wɔ Yuda Ahemfo Abakɔsɛm Nwoma no mu. Ɔko daa Abia ne Yeroboam ntam ɛberɛ biara. 8Na Abiyam wuiɛ no, wɔsiee no Dawid kuropɔn mu. Na ne babarima Asa dii nʼadeɛ sɛ ɔhene. 9Yeroboam dii ɔhene wɔ Israel ne mfeɛ aduonu so no, Asa bɛdii ɔhene wɔ Yuda.
