How then can they call on the One in whom they have not believed? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone to preach?

12Nʼihi na o nweghị ihe dị iche nʼetiti onye Juu na onye mba ọzọ, otu Onyenwe anyị ahụ bụ Onye nwe mmadụ niile, ọ na-agọzibigakwa ndị na-akpọku ya oke. 13Nʼihi na, “Onye ọbụla nke na-akpọku aha Onyenwe anyị, ka a ga-azọpụta.”* 14Ma olee otu ha ga-esi kpọkuo aha ya ma ọ bụrụ na ha ekwereghị na ya? Olee otu ha ga-esikwa kwere nʼonye ahụ ha anụbeghị ihe gbasara ya? Olee otu ha ga-esi nụkwa ma ọ bụrụ na ndị nkwusa adịghị? 15Oleekwanụ otu ha ga-esi pụọ gaa kwusaa, ma ọ bụrụ na o nweghị ndị zipụrụ ha? Dịka e dere ya nʼakwụkwọ nsọ, sị, “Lee, ka ha si maa mma bụ ụkwụ ndị na-eweta oziọma.”* 16Ma ọ bụghị mmadụ niile nabatara oziọma ahụ. Nʼihi na Aịzaya kwuru, “Onyenwe anyị, onye kweere ozi anyị?”*
