and if the sign or wonder he has spoken to you comes about, but he says, “Let us follow other gods (which you have not known) and let us worship them,”

1Bí wòlíì tàbí alásọtẹ́lẹ̀ nípa àlá lílá bá farahàn láàrín yín, tí ó sì ń kéde iṣẹ́ àmì tàbí iṣẹ́ ìyanu, 2bí iṣẹ́ àmì tàbí iṣẹ́ ìyanu tí ó sọ̀rọ̀ rẹ̀ bá ṣẹ tí òun sì wí pé, “ẹ wá ẹ jẹ́ kí a tẹ̀lé ọlọ́run mìíràn” (àwọn ọlọ́run tí ẹ kò mọ̀ rí) “kí ẹ sì jẹ́ kí a máa sìn wọ́n,” 3ẹ má fetí sí ọ̀rọ̀ wòlíì tàbí àlá náà, Olúwa Ọlọ́run yín ń dán an yín wò ni, láti mọ̀ bóyá ẹ fẹ́ràn rẹ̀ pẹ̀lú gbogbo àyà yín àti gbogbo ọkàn an yín. 4Olúwa Ọlọ́run yín ni kí ẹ tẹ̀lé, Òun ni kí ẹ bu ọlá fún, ẹ pa òfin rẹ̀ mọ́ kí ẹ sì gbọ́ tirẹ̀, ẹ sìn ín, kí ẹ sì dìímú ṣinṣin.
