Otherwise, what did you go out to see? A man dressed in fine clothes? Look, those who wear fine clothing are found in kings’ palaces.

Ɔbisaa wɔn sɛ, “Mokɔɔ ɛserɛ so no, ɛdeɛn na mokɔɔ sɛ morekɔhwɛ? Ɛserɛ a mframa rebɔ no? 8Anaa na mosusu sɛ mobɛhunu ɔbarima bi a wahyehyɛ sɛ ɔhene ba te ahemfie? 9Anaa Onyankopɔn odiyifoɔ? Ɛnneɛ, mereka makyerɛ mo sɛ, ɔsene odiyifoɔ. 10Na saa Yohane yi na Atwerɛsɛm no ka fa ne ho sɛ,
