After Jesus had left the synagogue, He went to the home of Simon, whose mother-in-law was suffering from a high fever. So they appealed to Jesus on her behalf,

Onipa bɛn ni a ɔde tumi ne ahoɔden tea ahonhommɔne ma wɔtie yi?” 37Deɛ ɔyɛeɛ yi ho asɛm trɛɛ ɔman no mu nyinaa. 38Yesu firii hyiadan no mu no, ɔkɔɔ Simon efie kɔtoo sɛ huraeɛnini abɔ Simon ase baa. Nnipa a wɔwɔ hɔ no srɛɛ no sɛ ɔnsa no yadeɛ. 39Ɔkɔɔ deɛ ɔda hɔ kɔgyinaa ne nkyɛn, teaa yadeɛ no ma ɛgyaeɛ amonom hɔ ara ma ɔsɔre maa wɔn aduane diiɛ. 40Onwunu dwoeɛ no, wɔde ayarefoɔ pii baa sɛ, Yesu nsa wɔn yadeɛ. Ɔde ne nsa guu wɔn so saa wɔn yadeɛ.
