When they had brought the kings to Joshua, he summoned all the men of Israel and said to the army commanders who had accompanied him, “Come here and put your feet on the necks of these kings.” So the commanders came forward and put their feet on their necks.

22Afei, Yosua kaa sɛ, “Monyiyi abotan a ɛkata ɔbodan no ano no na momfa ahemfo baanum no mmrɛ me.” 23Enti, wɔkɔyii ahemfo baanum no firi ɔbodan no mu baeɛ: Yerusalemhene, Hebronhene, Yarmuthene, Lakishene ne Eglonhene. 24Yosua ka kyerɛɛ nʼakodɔm asahene no sɛ, “Mommra mmɛtiatia ahemfo no kɔn so.” Na wɔyɛɛ sɛdeɛ wɔkyerɛɛ wɔn no. 25Yosua ka kyerɛɛ nʼasraafoɔ no sɛ, “Monnsuro na mommma mo abamu mmu da. Monyɛ den na mo bo nyɛ duru, ɛfiri sɛ, Awurade rebɛyɛ yei atia mo atamfoɔ nyinaa.” 26Yosua kunkumm ahemfo baanum no mmaako mmaako de wɔn sensɛn nnua enum so kɔsii anwummerɛ.
