Jesus replied, “If I said something wrong, testify as to what was wrong. But if I spoke correctly, why did you strike Me?”

21Adɛn enti na wobisa saa asɛm yi? Bisa wɔn a wɔtiee me no. Wɔn na wɔnim asɛm a mekaeɛ.” 22Yesu kaa saa no, awɛmfoɔ no mu baako bɔɔ no sotorɔ kaa sɛ, “Wo sɛɛ ne hwan a wotumi kasa ɔsɔfopanin anim saa.” 23Yesu buaa no sɛ, “Sɛ maka asɛmmɔne bi a, ka asɛm a mekaeɛ no na obiara a ɔwɔ ha nte bi. Na sɛ asɛm a mekaeɛ no nso yɛ nokorɛ deɛ a, adɛn enti na wobɔ me?” 24Afei, Anas maa wɔde Yesu a wɔakyekyere ne nsa no kɔɔ Ɔsɔfopanin Kaiafa anim. 25Ɛberɛ a Petro da so gyina hɔ reto ogya no bi no, wɔn a na wɔgyina hɔ no mu bi bisaa no sɛ, “Wo nso wonyɛ ɔbarima no asuafoɔ no mu baako anaa?”
