Now the watchman standing on the tower in Jezreel saw Jehu’s troops approaching, and he called out, “I see a company of troops!” “Choose a rider,” Joram commanded. “Send him out to meet them and ask, ‘Have you come in peace?’”

Yehu buaa sɛ, “Ɛdeɛn na wonim fa asomdwoeɛ ho? Ma mensene!”
Ɔwɛmfoɔ no frɛɛ ɔhene sɛ, “Ɔpɔnkɔkafoɔ no ahyia wɔn, nanso ɔmma.” 19Enti, ɔhene no somaa ɔpɔnkɔkafoɔ a ɔtɔ so mmienu. Ɔkɔduruu wɔn nkyɛn bisaa sɛ, “Ɔhene pɛ sɛ ɔhunu sɛ moreba no asomdwoeɛ so anaa.” Bio, Yehu bisaa sɛ, “Ɛdeɛn na wonim fa asomdwoeɛ ho? Di mʼakyi!”
