In every city of Judah he built high places to offer incense to other gods, and so he provoked the LORD, the God of his fathers.

Ɔnam saa ɛkwan yi so, hyɛɛ Awurade, nʼagyanom Onyankopɔn, abufuo. 26Ahas ahennie ho nsɛm nkaeɛ no firi ahyɛaseɛ kɔsi awieeɛ no, wɔatwerɛ agu Yuda ahemfo ne Israel ahemfo nwoma mu. 27Ɔhene Ahas wuiɛ no, wɔsiee no wɔ Yerusalem, nanso wɔansie no wɔ adehyeɛ amusieeɛ.
